Using good charcoal is of great importance for the flavor of the products to be prepared and to achieve and maintain a good temperature. This combination of selected types of hardwood is an efficient and sustainable fuel for your Big Green Egg. The beech and birch used for the charcoal are grown in a sustainably maintained forest, from which the charcoal derives its FSC certificate. The 9kg bag contains larger pieces and is therefore better suited for low & slow cooking. The 4.5kg bag consists of smaller pieces of charcoal and is therefore perfect for the smaller sizes of EGGs.

When your order has been shipped already and you want to exchange a product within your order, you will need to return the product before we can proceed to the exchange.
