Instructions for cast iron baking dish:

Do not leave the cast iron baking dish in water or let water stand in it
Do not use the dishwasher or wash with soap, clean with a brush and hot water, then dry thoroughly and rub with oil
Never heat or cool down very quickly
Suitable for all heat sources, but be careful with induction, never slide on it
