Fiberglass / Fiberglass felt for your Kamado is a high-quality seal that is much more wear-resistant than regular felt. This is easy to apply yourself and ensures that the seams of your kamado are completely sealed again, which benefits temperature control!
This gasket consists of two lengths of 156cm and is 2.5cm wide. This gasket can be used with various Kamado's e.g. The bastard medium, Own Grill large or many other brands.
How to replace:
- Remove the old kamado felt, this can often just be pulled off or cut with a utility knife. Remove the last remnants with a putty knife.
- Clean the surface and degrease with alcohol or acetone.
- Measure the new fiberglass gasket and cut to size with scissors if necessary.
- Stick the self-adhesive fiberglass felt starting from the middle-back. Do this by peeling off the layer of adhesive bit by bit.
- Stick the connectors over the two ends of the fiberglass.
- Repeat this process for the lid as well.

When your order has been shipped already and you want to exchange a product within your order, you will need to return the product before we can proceed to the exchange. You can cancel and exchange a product without giving any reason within fourteen days. The exchange period expires fourteen days after the day on which you have received your delivery.

For your exchange request to be receivable, you need to initiate a return and exchange procedure within 30 days. To do so, you need to notify us of your decision by post, by telephone or by email.
