Deze steen is ideaal wanneer je in je kamado of houtskoolbarbecue de warmte wilt uitstralen zonder directe vlammen, of wanneer je pizza’s bakt met een authentieke korst. Door het keramische materiaal ontstaat een knapperige bodem en zorgt hij voor een optimale baktemperatuur.
