When your order has been shipped already and you want to exchange a product within your order, you will need to return the product before we can proceed to the exchange. You can cancel and exchange a product without giving any reason within fourteen days. The exchange period expires fourteen days after the day on which you have received your delivery.
Return within 14 days
For your exchange request to be receivable, you need to initiate a return and exchange procedure within 14 days. To do so, you need to notify us of your decision by post, by telephone or by email.
